Website enquiries
If you submit an enquiry, we collect your name, email address, optional company name, selected area of interest and message. We use those details to respond and discuss your request. Please avoid sending sensitive customer information.
Administrator access
Administrator sign-in is provided through Firebase Authentication. Account identity, access permissions and authentication activity are used to protect the workspace. Protected records are available only to authorised administrators.
Workspace records
Expense records include the description, amount, currency, date, category, notes and the administrator who created or voided the entry. Connected business workflows may supply conversation, booking and knowledge-source records according to the separately agreed service scope.
Service providers and storage
The site uses Google Firebase hosting and, when enabled, authentication, database and backend services. Information submitted to a connected bot may be processed by that bot’s configured providers. The applicable integrations and handling arrangements must be agreed before customer data is connected.
Cookies and browser storage
This website does not include advertising or analytics trackers. Administrator sign-in uses necessary session storage and authentication mechanisms. Signing out ends access from the current session.
Retention and requests
We use information for the stated purpose and review it when it is no longer needed. To request access, correction or deletion, use the enquiry form when available or your established Agentic Informatics contact. Retention requirements for a contracted bot deployment are agreed as part of that service.
